About
Quality Assurance Professional with 5+ years of experience in manual testing, including test design, execution, defect tracking, regression, exploratory testing and documentation. I am experienced in collaborating closely with developers in Agile environments. Recently completed an intensive web development program, adding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to my QA background.
Working closely on web application projects with developers has inspired my creative tendencies. For this reason, my long-term goal is to transition into technical development roles. I am eager to work as part of a strong team as a developer because I take pride in solving problems by creating products that provide an intuitive and appealing user experience. My experience in QA gives me a unique insight into the development process - I believe my quality-first mindset is a great asset to any team.
To aid in my career transition, I recently completed a Web Development course, in which I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, I earned the AWS Cloud Practitioner certificate.

Leading the QA strategy and manual testing efforts for a web-based restaurant management platform.
- Built and implemented the QA strategy from the ground up.
- Designed and developed detailed test plans, test cases, and testing documentation, focusing on critical functionalities.
- Conducted exploratory and regression testing on desktop and mobile environments.
- Tested features across multiple browsers and devices.
- Collaborated closely with the development team to identify, prioritise, and resolve defects efficiently.

Tested the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, working closely with utility companies such as PG&E, BHE and Air Selangor. Participated in ST, RT, SIT, and UAT. Main activities consisted of the following:
- Designed, executed and maintained existing test cases.
- Identified, documented, and tracked defects using Jira.
- Collaborated on new project implementations in collaboration with software development teams.
- Developed onboarding materials and training plans, reducing ramp-up time for new hires by 50%.
- Mentored and trained junior staff and interns.

Worked as part of the Intel Graphics Display team, focusing on testing and validating display functionalities.
- Performed functional and regression testing on Intel Graphics drivers.
- Focused on external display validation (HDMI, DisplayPort), including screen resolution, detection, and hot-plug events.
- Reported and tracked bugs in collaboration with development teams.
- Created comprehensive documentation for new platforms and training material on testing procedures.
